What Is a Walk-Through Consultation?
A Walk-Through Consultation is a limited, verbal consultation, not a full home inspection. No tools are used. No written inspection report is produced. Instead, our certified inspector will walk through the structure and discuss any significant visible issues found at that time. These consultations are popular with investors, flippers, or buyers making offers on multiple properties.
